1. What is NeonPaws?

NeonPaws is a rave-inspired pet & owner lifestyle brand featuring matching outfits, neon accessories, and unique designs for pets and humans. We create bold, high-quality gear that celebrates the bond between you and your furry best friend.


2. How long do orders take to arrive?

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days.
Delivery time depends on your location:

  • U.S. Orders: 5–10 business days

  • International Orders: 10–20 business days

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.


3. Who handles shipping?

All products are fulfilled and shipped by our trusted print partners (Printify providers). This ensures fast, reliable shipping and high-quality production.


4. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer FREE U.S. shipping on orders over $50.


5. What is your return policy?

Because each item is made-to-order, we do not accept returns for wrong sizes or buyer’s remorse.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost.
Just email us with photos within 7 days of delivery.


6. How do I choose the right size?

Each product has a detailed size chart on the product page.
We strongly recommend comparing the chart to your current clothing or your pet’s measurements to make sure everything fits perfectly.


7. Can I buy matching sets together?

Yes! Many of our products are available in matching PetSync sets (pet + human).
If a product has a matching item, it will be linked on the product page for easy pairing.


8. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide.
International shipping rates vary depending on the destination.


9. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders go into production quickly. Changes can only be made within 12 hours of placing your order.
If you need help, contact us immediately.


10. What payment methods do you accept?

11. My tracking hasn’t updated — what should I do?

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after your package ships.
If it hasn’t moved after 5 days, reach out and we’ll look into it.

Most of our pet products are made with soft polyester or cotton blends that are gentle on fur and skin.
If your pet has known sensitivities, check material details on each product page.
